Free Standard Shipping

100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our active markets. No hidden handling fees and no checkout surprises.

4 to 7 Business Day Delivery. Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days, including both processing and transit time. (Delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to local carrier capacity, customs checks, severe weather or public holidays.)

Same-Day Dispatch. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or during public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Real-Time Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. (Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update.)

Lost or Delayed Shipments. If your package is held up or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@trynoov.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you receive an appropriate resolution.

Customer Responsibilities

Shipping Address Accuracy. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error, email us immediately at support@trynoov.com. We will do everything we can to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched. Noov is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees. International shipments may be subject to local customs checks, import duties or taxes. Any fees levied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
