How To Request Your Refund

2. Include your order number and the item or items you’d like refunded. If you can’t find your order number, send the name and email address used at checkout so we can help locate it.
3. We’ll confirm your request by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your request and locating your order.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. We’ll email you when it has been issued. You don’t have to wait until day 90 to ask for your money back.

If your Ultra Knee Elite™ sleeve doesn’t fit, email us within 90 days of delivery. Choose a free replacement size, including free shipping, or a full refund. No need to return the original sleeve.

Received A Damaged Or Incorrect Item?

Email support@shopnoov.com and we’ll help arrange a free replacement or a refund. You won’t be asked to pay return shipping.

Where This Guarantee Applies

This guarantee covers purchases made directly from shopnoov.com, including discounted items and bundles, in every country we ship to. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts.

For a partial bundle refund, the bundle price is divided equally among the sleeves; we won’t reprice the sleeves you keep at the single-sleeve price.

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law. It does not limit your rights or remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
